Advantages of Ethernet over Copper
Ethernet over Copper (EoC) is a kind of Ethernet in the initial mile line that uses twisted copper telephone cable pairs that are normally currently located in lots of service areas. Consequently, it is typically quicker to provide EoC than to develop new fiber circuits in older service areas.
Ethernet over Copper is a fully grown and also reliable modern technology offering the exact same functions as standard T1 lines: dedicated, symmetrical, and full duplex. Its primary benefit is that Ethernet over Copper is provided over copper pairs of DS0 so EoC does not need expensive fiber build outs. One more fantastic benefit over traditional T1 lines is the fact that an Ethernet circuit is much easier to upgrade. With the standard bonded T1, an upgrade in circuit speeds could take months considering that the local telephone company needs to install extra circuits. With an Ethernet circuit, the port speed can typically be raised as just a configuration adjustment at the central office. Ethernet over Copper runs over multiple pairs of copper so if one pair goes down, the transmission capacity readily available does drop yet you do not loose the entire circuit as you would certainly with a T1 line. Ethernet over Copper costs is much less than that of bonded T1 circuits of the very same bandwidth. EoC circuits have a Service Level Agreement (SLA) just like T1 lines usually with the exact same terms.

Going forward, our objective is to constantly enhance our product offerings. We now provide business products typically employed by larger firms, specifically: OC3, MPLS network service, fiber ethernet, and cloud computing bandwidth delivered over a fiber optic backbone. Several of our providers even offer free managed Cisco routers for multi-year contracts. Mainly, our goal is to create a bond with you - our client - that will certainly last for years to come. Obtaining your trust is exactly what we do all the time. Saving you money on affordable Ethernet services is exactly how we keep it.
