Advantages of Ethernet over Copper
Ethernet over Copper (EoC) is a kind of Ethernet in the initial mile line that uses twisted copper telephone wire pairs that are generally already located in many service locations. It is typically quicker to provision EoC than to build out brand-new fiber circuits in older service locations.
Ethernet over Copper is a mature and reliable innovation supplying the very same attributes as standard T1 lines: dedicated, symmetrical, and also full duplex. Its primary advantage is that Ethernet over Copper is delivered over copper pairs of DS0 so EoC does not need costly fiber build outs. One more great advantage over standard T1 lines is that an Ethernet circuit is much easier to upgrade. With the typical bonded T1, an upgrade in circuit speeds could take months since the local phone company has to install extra loops. With an Ethernet circuit, the port speed could commonly be boosted as simply a configuration adjustment at the central office. Ethernet over Copper runs over multiple pairs of copper so if one pair goes down, the bandwidth available does go down but you don't loose the whole circuit as you would certainly with a T1 line. Ethernet over Copper costs is considerably below that of bonded T1 circuits of the very same speed. EoC circuits have a Service Level Agreement (SLA) similar to T1 lines normally with the exact same terms.

Going forward, our objective is to regularly improve our product offerings. We now supply enterprise products typically used by bigger firms, particularly: MPLS network service, gigabit ethernet, OC3, and cloud computing bandwidth delivered over a fiber optic backbone. Many of our providers even deliver free managed Cisco routers for multi-year contracts. Mainly, our objective is to develop a bond with you - our customer - that will last for years to come. Earning your trust is exactly what we do all the time. Saving you cash on economical broadband services is exactly how we keep it.
